We understand that you will wonder what the status of your product is after placing your order; we address your worry by providing a unique tracking no. for your products so that you can track your shipment online. This means that once you have bought a product at our site, we take care of everything so you don’t have to be anxious about anything.
A. Delivery Process:
1. Product delivery process will be initiated once your payment verification is done form bank or payment gateways. If your payment is on hold form bank or payment gateway then we cannot process the order till the time we get confirmation.
2. For contest coupons there is no physical delivery of coupons is made as it is a online virtual service and we are sending you the coupons in your email id and that will consider as the proof of delivery for the same.
3. If product is not getting delivered due to wrong address or customer not reachable or customer not in city or any issue related to customer side, we can resend the product once it comes back to us on customers request and in that case 10-12 days delivery policy and refund policy due to delivery issue will be void.
4. Shipping charges is mentioned in the order summary mail which we have sent on purchase.
5. We are not responsible for delay happens from courier company side or any other circumstances which is beyond our control we can resend the products or replace if it got damaged but in this case refund policy will be void.
6. If product delivery is getting delay due unavoidable circumstances then we will inform you on the same and also let you know about estimated time of delivery.
7. We deliver international orders, so purchased made for international destinations need to pay courier and freight charges as applicable on actual rates.
8. We deliver through all reputed courier companies.
B: Refund and replacements
You inform us of your wish to return the product within 3 days of it being delivered to you and send the Returns Form along with the return. Also, ensure that the product reaches the above address within 7 days of it being delivered to you. Please make sure the tags are intact and attached to the product and the merchandise is packed and comes back to us with the original invoice. We will accept returns only in the case of defective product(s) or size mismatch (only applicable for Stitched Apparel & Footwear).
To initiate the return: Prepare your returns package in the original box/envelope, if you still have the same. In case you don’t, please pack the returns in a cardboard box of appropriate size and strength and wrap the box in a polythene sheet and seal it with cellophane tape. In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cash back into your 99pockets Wallet. If you choose to exchange the item for a reason of size mismatch or receipt of a wrong item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
Certain innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes, fashion accessories, hair accessories cannot be exchanged or returned. The list of items where the Returns Policy is not applicable includes:

Please do not return any products to 99pockets before receiving an e-mail confirmation from 99pockets for the same. In case you wish to return a product, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours with attached photographs of the defect/quality issue you are facing. Once we verify the damage or manufacturing defect, our Customer Service team will e-mail you with the details on how to return the product.
All defective products are to be returned to 99pockets in its original condition and original packaging with the invoice and all the tags attached to the product. Please return the product with the Return ID issued to you by the Customer Service team. Safe receipt of the defective product by 99pockets is the sole responsibility of the customer.
In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please return the free gift as well.
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at 99pockets.com
The details of the product or product specs (colour, size etc.) as mentioned on the website are only approximate values. Since products on the website are mostly designer made, hand woven or intricately crafted and sourced from different parts of the world, there may be variations in colour and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dyeing and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, colour settings and capabilities of computer monitors.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us at email@example.com. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
